PRESIDENT & CEO
As the Founder, CEO and President of MRA International, Bruno Tirone, is responsible for the success of his growing business. Bruno emigrated to the U.S. from Italy as a teenager, where he found himself in a trade school to become a technician for electronics. With his success, and the emergence of new technology, he moved on to fix word processors, worked as a field engineer for WANG and became a Sales Rep for Memorex Telex, before they went out of business at the end of 1996. From ’96-’99, Bruno continued his career as a Sales Rep with other distributors, where he was exposed to the UNIX world. Through this time period, he was introduced to Compaq, where he got his idea to start MRA International as a Compaq reseller in 1999. MRA International now boasts more than 50 employees and offers hundreds of products and services to the public sector. In his spare time, Bruno enjoys playing soccer, racquetball, and going to the beach.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND SPECIAL PROJECTS
Eric started with MRA International in 2007 as a PC Technician and has since held positions as Account Executive, Solutions Architect, Web Developer, Sales Manager and is now the Director of Operations and Special Projects. Eric is a high-energy, decisive leader with a decade of proven success in organizing and driving profitable sales, organizational optimization and bottom-line margin expansion. His deep breadth of experience showcases his thirst for knowledge and his ability to adapt to any work environment.

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
Prior to joining MRA International in 2012, Diane held similar Account Management roles with InterCall LLC and Philips Lighting Co. She prides herself in collaborating closely with her accounts on their long-term business and technology goals. She assesses an organization’s technology pain points and quickly offers solutions to meet their business needs. A graduate of Rutgers University, Diane enjoys spending time at the Jersey Shore with family and friends.

Terrell’s career at MRA International started in 2013 as a PC Technician, a Solutions Architect / Inside Sales, and currently as an Account Manager. He specializes in the public-sector by providing IT professionals and purchasing agents tailor-made solutions as well as information on the latest technology, while also helping them achieve optimal performance in their environments and streamlining the purchasing process. Terrell is a graduate of Full Sail University with a B.S. in Entertainment Business with over 10 years of sales experience. Terrell enjoys spending time with his family, is an avid sports fan and an enthusiast of the Arts and Technology.

Rita started her career at MRA in 2013. Her passion for helping customers make wise decisions that best meet their current and future needs, coupled with her extensive knowledge in the latest technologies, helps her customers drive a measurable return on their investment. She builds her relationships through trust and sincerity and works with her customers to make clear recommendations to simplify their technology. Rita is a graduate of St. John’s University with an accomplished sales and finance background in the automobile industry. She enjoys spending time with her twin daughters, traveling and being active at the beach.

Angelo first joined MRA International in 2011 as a summer intern, where he assisted the MRA Services Department on several special projects and installations for its public-sector customers. In 2015, Angelo joined the IT Sales Department and has been a top performer ever since. Prior to working for MRA, Angelo had worked as an IT Support Specialist and an Italian Translator for Argo Turboserve Corporation (ATC). He is a graduate of Montclair State University with a B.A. in Business Marketing, Administration and a Minor in Italian Language and Cultural Studies. In his free time, Angelo enjoys traveling abroad, experiencing different cultures and studying foreign languages.

INSIDE SALES MANAGER
Anne joined the MRA International team in 2016 and manages the MRA Trenton satellite office. In addition to managing the office, she works as an Inside Sales Representative generating leads and expanding customer relationships. A graduate of Rutgers University, Anne also worked at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Financial Services for 15 years prior to MRA. In her spare time, Anne enjoys cooking, jogging, and spending quality time with her son.

SENIOR INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Lester’s career at MRA International started in May of 2012 as a Printer Technician / Service Technician, and currently is an Inside Sales Representative. He specializes in configuring workstations and servers. Lester’s background consists of eight years as a Radio Shack manager that led his team to the top of the district. He also ran his own computer repair business for five years. In his free time, Lester likes to spend time with his family, studying new technology, and playing with his dog.

SENIOR INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Scott joined MRA in 2012 as a printer technician, after a little over 4 years he has moved to the roll of an Inside Sales Representative for Terrell Jenkins and Rita Sirabella. Scott is always learning about the expanding technology in HP’s product lineup. On his free time, he works on cars and spends time with his family.

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Wendy joined the MRA International team in May 2017. She is currently an Inside Account Manager. Wendy held similar roles at HP Inc where she had over 14 years of experience. Prior to that, she worked for US Airways for 10 years. Wendy loves to travel, shop, and spend time with her daughter. She also loves the ocean.

INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Zach started at MRA International in 2014, as he joined the Services Department for 4 years before transitioning into a sales role as an Inside Rep in 2018. As a graduate from the University of Rhode Island, Zach works closely with the MRA Sales Team as he assists the Account Managers with quote requests and maintaining client relations. A fast learner and a motivated professional, Zach is able to leverage his growing knowledge in the technology field and plans to expand on his skill set through working directly with leading tech companies like HP. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar and spending quality time with his family and friends.

Carol has been a member of the MRA International team since 2009. She is responsible for the invoicing, bookkeeping, customer service and assists the Sales Department whenever necessary. She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren in her free time.

Kathleen joined MRA International in 2014 as the Office Administrator for the main Long Branch corporate office. She is responsible for managing the office and supporting the entire MRA staff. Kathleen is heavily involved in Breast Intentions, a local non-profit that helps families whose loved ones are going through breast cancer. Additionally, she enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband and three children.
Andrea has been with MRA International since the start of 2016. She previously worked as an assistant manager for an online retailer for eight years. Her role at MRA includes order processing and collections. Her hobbies include: going to concerts, reading, spending time with friends and watching professional skateboarding.

OFFICE MANAGER – LONG BRANCH
Donna has been working with MRA International since 2008. Her responsibilities include order processing and submitting bids. She takes pride in exceeding above and beyond in customer service. In her spare time she is the Secretary for the Brick Kiwanis Club and a volunteer for Interfaith Hospitality. Above all else, she enjoys spending time with family and friends at the Jersey Shore and attending concerts.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES MANAGER
Charlie has been a team member of MRA since 2014. His background consists of over 20 years of IT experience, including computer programming, server and desktop support. Charlie enjoys fishing in his free time.
REPAIR SERVICES MANAGER
MRA International welcomed Chris to its team in 2015. As the Service Manager, he acts as a liaison between customers and the Services department, making sure that the lines of communication remain open and the multitude of projects are completed in a timely manner. Chris is married with a young son and enjoys playing sports in his spare time, especially basketball.
